Women’s health concerns often involve hormonal rhythm, stress, metabolism, sleep, digestion, and emotional patterns. Homeopathy looks at the full picture before prescribing.
Women’s health concerns such as PCOS, irregular periods, thyroid disease, PMS, menopause symptoms, fibroids, ovarian cysts, vaginal discharge and fertility concerns require the correct diagnosis and appropriate gynaecology or endocrine care.
These conditions are commonly linked with hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, thyroid function, chronic stress, and individual tendencies.
Irregular cycles, acne, weight gain, hair growth, insulin resistance, and ovarian cyst tendencies.
Delayed, frequent, scanty, painful, or unpredictable menstrual cycles.
Hypothyroid symptoms, fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, and supportive long-term care.
Hot flashes, mood changes, sleep disturbance, anxiety, and transition support.
Supportive care for pain, bleeding patterns, pressure symptoms, and recurrence tendency.
Supportive care for cycle regularity, stress, reports, hormonal patterns and fertility wellness.
Recurrent white discharge, itching, weakness, and chronic vaginal health concerns.
Irritability, sadness, cravings, breast tenderness, cramps, and premenstrual emotional changes.
Every plan is based on the diagnosis, medical history, triggers, lifestyle, reports and current treatment, not only the condition name.
The first consultation maps symptoms, triggers, sleep, appetite, stress responses, family history and previous treatment.
Homeopathic medicines are selected from the complete case history, so two people with the same diagnosis may have different plans.
Reports, current treatment, safety signs and agreed measures are reviewed. Specialist coordination is included when required.

Each condition has its own guide on this site that explains symptoms, common causes, warning signs that need urgent medical care and how the consultation is planned. Consultations are available at the Lohegaon clinic in Pune and online across India.
Yes. Homeopathic treatment is planned alongside the hormonal tablets, thyroid medicine or fertility treatment you already use. Bring the names and doses of everything you take to the first consultation. Change or stop prescribed treatment only on the advice of the doctor who prescribed it, and seek urgent care for any warning sign listed in the condition guides.
At the first consultation Dr. Akshata records your main symptoms, how often they occur, how strong they are and how they affect sleep, work or school. Follow-up visits compare the same points together with any new reports. Many treatment plans are reviewed over 3–6 months, and the plan is adjusted according to the recorded change.
Recent ultrasound reports, thyroid tests such as TSH, hormone or blood sugar tests and a record of your last 3–6 menstrual cycles are the most useful. Also bring your current prescriptions. Heavy bleeding, severe pelvic pain or new symptoms during pregnancy need prompt gynaecology care, and homeopathic treatment can be planned alongside that care.
